No—this is a strictly independent personal enterprise. While Stephen Drumm is employed full-time at Google (Senior Product Lead, AI Solutions, Google EMEA), BreakthroughCareerCoaching.com is operated entirely in his private capacity outside of working hours in strict compliance with Google’s Code of Conduct and Outside Employment policies:
- 100% Separate Entity: Not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representing Google
- Strict Exclusion of Google Data & Operations: Coaching sessions strictly exclude any internal Google data, non-public information, Google Ads customer accounts, or internal processes.
- No Google Interview Prep & No Referrals: Stephen does not provide interview coaching or mock interviews for roles at Google, nor does coaching ever include or imply a job referral to Google or any other organization. All coaching focuses strictly on external industry skills.

What payment methods do you accept, and do I need a Revolut account?
